NOTICE OF 2019 SEASON JUNIOR GIRLS PLANNING MEETING – 6pm Wednesday 27th Feb 2019

Hi everyone, the 2019 Hockey season is now fast approaching.

In terms of the normal policies and requirements of the Committee, I would like formally notify the players, clubs and delegates that the 2019 Annual Planning Meeting of the Junior Girls Committee will be held at:

Tamworth Hockey Clubhouse
At 6 pm on Wednesday 27th February 2019.

At this meeting we will be required to elect the Office Bearers for the 2019 year being the positions of:
. Treasurer;
. Secretary;
. Primary Co-Ordinator;
- Secondary Co-Ordinator;
- Umpire Co-Ordinator and
. Representative Team Co-Ordinator.

Please send any new nominations for these positions prior to the meeting.

It would be appreciated if each Club could notify their respective President and 2019 club office bearers of the meeting date and location.

Please forward any Agenda Items for discussion / changes through prior to the meeting.

In order to elect office bearers and pass any amendments required the meeting will require a Quorum of Seven (7) members who are entitled to vote.
In terms of the current Junior Girls Standing Committee Policy delegates with voting rights are:
- One delegate per Club.

In this regard I would request as many eligible delegates as possible to attend the meeting so that we can ensure that the meeting is able to achieve the outcomes required.
