NOTICE OF TAMWORTH JUNIOR BOYS HOCKEY 2019 SEASON PLANNING MEETING – 6pm Tuesday 5th Feb 2019

Hi everyone, the 2019 Hockey season is now fast approaching.

As required by TJBH policies, we hereby formally notify players, clubs and delegates that the 2019 Annual Planning Meeting of Tamworth Junior Boys Hockey will be held at:

Tamworth Hockey Clubhouse
At 6pm on Tuesday 5th February 2019.

At this meeting we will elect the following Office Bearers for the 2019 year:
. Treasurer
. Secretary
. Assistant Convenor
. Rep Co-ordinator
. Competition Convenor(s)
. Umpire Manager
. Ordinary unaffiliated committee members (2)

Please send any nominations for these positions prior to the meeting to tamworthjuniorboyshockey@gmail.com

Clubs are entitled to have two (2) voting delegates present at the meeting.

All interested parties are very welcome to attend. Voting is limited to club delegates and committee members.

Any changes to TJBH policies will be voted on at this meeting. Please forward suggested amendments to TJBH email.
